The structure in place for growth and development has allowed me to advance from an hourly team member to management and now to a District Manager position. I’ve been fortunate to gain valuable experience running two of the busiest suburban locations which has made me into a resilient leader and operator. It’s been rewarding to cultivate talent within my growing market and I am excited to see how our company continues to evolve.

Working for CHOPT has taught me many things. One of the most important things is patience. I started my journey as an hourly employee back in 2002. Growing through the ranks and being part of the leadership team here has allowed me to positively impact many people’s lives, both directly and indirectly. I have been part of molding and developing our NYC managers, and most have been promoted from within. I take tremendous pride in helping to cultivate talent and develop our next generation of leaders.
